The Open Door Learning Center is not only an interactive place for children but also for parents to learn and grow. We know how important involved parents are in the learning process of their children. Our program would not be successful without the support and involvement of our parents. Open Door Learning Center staff recognizes that parents are their child’s first teacher and works with them to provide a quality educational foundation for future success.

Our school’s Administrative Director, BCBA Consulting teacher and Lead Teachers, are available to you everyday. At the end of each day, you will know about your child’s daily activities and progress. We offer daily notes, email home monthly school newsletters, provide quarterly progress reports, conduct bi-annual parent-teacher conferences, and have yearly open houses. We have an “open door” policy so stop in anytime. We appreciate and desire your input regarding your child’s program. We strive to improve our programs by developing strong relationships with the parents of the children we serve. We provide parent training and assistance dealing with behavioral issues in the home. Our staff expect to partner with our families as we nurture and inspire a love of learning in our students.

And…Open Door Learning Center has a PTO!  Parents are encouraged to get involved, join us for any our many preschool events and activities, and be a part of their child’s preschool learning experience.
