Larc is Loudoun County's only non-profit advocacy organization devoted to people with intellectual disabilities and related developmental disabilities. Our goal is to secure the full range of human and civil rights for persons with intellectual disabilities and related developmental disabilities. We serve the individual and support their family in the key areas of Education, Housing, Vocation and Healthcare.
